Great food at a reasonable price. Fast service and the wait staff was very professional. We had a large group and they handled us with speed and efficiency. Definatly a must stop.
Friendly and fast service, curtious waiters and staff. The food came out in about 15 minutes of ordering drinks were offered right away after sitting down. Margaritas there are great!
Being from Texas, I was surprised to find that some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten is from Iowa. This place is great and the service is outstanding. It will always be a place I visit when I'm in town.
What a nice find! Tamal was fantastic. I really enjoyed the refried beans as well. Friendly, fast service. I was in and out in half hour for my lunch break.

We had our family of 12 walk in on a Saturday afternoon. The owner immediately sat us down and brought out an extended table for all of us to be able to sit together. The hospitality and service was AMAZING! They were quick, attended us often, and were super friendly. He took care of us with zero hesitation and a great attitude. I’ve been there, done that, big groups can be a lot, but he handled us with such kindness. 10/10 recommend this place, for the service alone. Plus the food was great, and came out fresh and hot!

The food was great the margaritas were some of the best I’ve had. Don’t let the outdated appearance deter you from trying these delicious flavors. I got the Mexicanos skillet it was fire the chorizo set it off. Kudos
I was iffy about this place but I ordered “El Poblano” my husband ordered garlic shrimp and it ended up tasting really good! I’m from Texas and I haven’t found many places here in Iowa that come close to food at home. Would come back here again if I’m in the area. Service was great they were busy but still attended to us in a timely manner.
Doris was our server today. We arrived just before the lunch rush, and they were SLAMMED. She was so fast and attentive you would think we were one of just a few in the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and fresh. The drinks were amazing.
